Data Ownership and Storage Policy

Your server and database are exclusively yours. We do not access, store, or share your data with any third party under any circumstances. By default, all data will be automatically deleted from our servers after one week to ensure maximum security and privacy.

You have the option to opt-in if you wish to save your database backups beyond the one-week period. Otherwise, the system will maintain your data for only one week before permanent deletion.

Data Control & Emergency Deletion (Kill Switch)

For enhanced security and full control, we also provide a Kill Switch feature. This allows you to permanently delete all your data and associated records from our system. Activation of the Kill Switch is protected by password verification and a secure email OTP to prevent unauthorized access.

Once triggered, all your data will be irreversibly deleted, and cannot be recovered.

However, there’s no need to worry — under your purchase plan, you may request a fresh new account setup at any time in the future, should you wish to restart.
